Chile Supplier?
Hey, hope one or more of you might be able to help me out. Our regular chile supplier out of Hatch sold her business and now the new owners won't work with us because we are too small. We order about 40 pounds of chiles a year to make Tamales, 20lbs Sandia and 20lbs Big Jims, and get them shipped to Southern California. We did some googling and sent out some email inquiries, but I would love to find a place that was actually recommended, you know? Thanks in advance!
