Dear Community,
Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

When I die
Please do not let my husband put a really bad pic of me in the paper. I've been obituary stalking for three days (waiting for my cousin's obit to appear - it finally did this morning) and people put the worst pics in there. I know sometimes you don't have a good recent pic but if I were their shoes, I would have not put pictures at all.
(My cousin did not have a picture in the paper)...

I agree completely Mel. One of the pics I am talking about is a guy who is around 30 and you can tell he's high in the pic and his mouth is wide open like he's showing off his tongue. Then there's also one of the woman asleep which creeped me out because it looks like she's sleeping in a hospital bed and she died in a hospital so was this taken after???
Don't know why that posted twice. Sorry. Anyway, I agree with you. I love looking at pictures of my grandparents from that time. They look so young. And I usually someone from the family in their faces.
