Notice to Pay Rent or Vacate
Just finished the notice for our tenant. Rent was due Oct 1. Still hasn't paid. I'll post it tomorrow morning on my way to work. Don't want to do it tonight because I'll have DD in the car, and I don't want to take any chances. Some people get, umm, passionate, about stuff like that.
I really do feel bad for the guy. He's had an awful run of bad luck. Of course, who knows, he might be one of the people that creates it for themselves. But I still feel bad.
But we still need to get rent. And DH told him when they first signed the lease that if they ever have problems, to make sure they communicate with us, and talk to us before we have to notify them. And we haven't heard a word.
So he'll get the notice tomorrow morning. I hate this part of being a landlord. From both sides. I hate dealing with it, I hate that we're not getting our $$, and I hate doing that to someone.
Ugh.
