Oops!

My boss called a little while ago (she works from home) and when she asked me "what's going on?" I said "Nothing!" OOPS! Tongue Tied

She was like "nothing?!?!" and I recovered with "well I just got in..." a half hour after the office opens (and I had been in on time and was actually going through files). Tongue TiedIndifferent

I need to be on my toes more!

Re: Oops!

  • LOL

I'm in the camp that "nothing" and "no news" is good news.

  • That sucks.  I trip over my words all the time too.  I am horrible on the phone.

  • Hahaha that sucks.. if it happens again, just say 'you know, nothing out of the ordinary!'
    Baby Birthday Ticker Ticker
  • Haha, well it could have been worse. You could have said, "I'm: surfing the internet, watch a video on youtube, look at what shoes I want to buy." Wink
Warning No formatter is installed for the format bbhtml

    HAHAHA!!

  • Eh, I don't think that was such a bad answer, and maybe she was just joking with you/giving you a hard time.  I'm with Punky, when asking a question like that, no news is good news!
I'd rather be rock climbing or playing volleyball
