Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

f/u - return dilema solved
I fixed it by myself! In one of my google searches I found out that nordstrom carried the sling online so while I was in Seattle for a meeting yesterday I just took the sling in to the customer service desk and they returned it no problem (yay for Norstrom return policy) and credited my debit card. Then I re-purchased a size large directly from the serena and lily website. I couldn't just exchange because Nordstrom was sold out of size large
