I am quitting my job today. . .

I know yesterday I was talking about how I didn't get the other job I applied for. But, I am working as a waitress right now and got my hours cut. Last week I made $57 in 3 days, not counting tips. That is just not enough to even hardly help Jason and I. So, we talked it over and decided my time and energy would be better spent looking for something else. It might make things tight for a week or two, but it will be better off in the end.

Please don't flame me, just wish us luck.

    I don't see how this would even be flame worthy.  You both talked and made a decision together.  Good luck with finding a new job!

    Good luck!  $57 in 3 days definitely isn't worth it...especially with the work you have to put in while waitressing!  At the very least you could go work retail or some other job temporarily (until you find what you want to do) and make more money than that!

    That is what I am going to do hopsotch! I applied at AT&T yesterday which would be an awesome job. I really love cell phones and technology. But, we will just see where it goes.
