Pumpkin cupcakes
I have a batch in the oven right now and wow they smell amazing. Today is the hubs birthday and he asked for something appropriate for fall so this is what he's getting. Without the frosting they taste more like muffins but I like that because they aren't overly sweet.

I've been wanting to get a recipe for pumpkin muffins and haven't gotten around to it.
If I didn't have a batch of apple cinnamon muffins in the oven right now, I'd totally make these.
