OMG I HATE THIS WOMAN
The other Realtor accepted an offer on our dream home without calling us or our Realtor as she promised she would.
I am beyond mad right now because people viewing our house just requested a second showing today....I cannot believe this....

Sorry, i am just frustrated beyond words.
I actually plan on reporting her to the real estate board because she declined to submit our offer to the seller because she felt as though they would reject it because of the contingency. It is unprofessional for real estate agents to make that call and actually illegal for an agent to not pass an offer along to the seller.
And, we are just going to take our house off the market tomorrow. We wanted a specific neighborhood and don't like or can't afford any of the other homes there. I guess we are going to wait 5 or 6 years until we want to start having children and i have a steady job as well.
That stinks. I'm sorry. =(
