Help for a Boston Nestie?
Hello ladies. Hope you don't mind me popping over here. I am helping my friend plan a baby shower in Brooklyn and we are having a helluva time finding a venue for it. A local relative of the mom to be has had no luck with community centers and I don't know Brooklyn at all. Can you think of any hotels or other venues that might have a large meeting room available? We'd like to find a place with tables and chairs so we don't have to rent. That's our basic requirement. Any recs. are greatly appreciated! TIA Ladies!

ummm, as long as you don't steal any of the days I'm thinking about for my baby shower (in january) you can check out this place.
I've never been, but I know someone that had a small wedding here. I think their private room is just the most beautiful thing ever!!
