I think it's time to hire a maid. I feel like I just don't have the time to keep up with housework the way I want to, or need to. So some questions if you have a maid...
What are their prices like?

Maids, that would be a wonderful answer to my problem these days! We used to have one back when I had a job....oh how I miss those days. She did the basics, bathrooms, sweeping & mopping, vaccum, etc. She was about $100 per week and our house is 4,000 sq. ft.
Now I need someone to dust the blinds, ceiling fans, and do the down and dirty cleaning so it will probably be more. I am in the Keller area, if anyone has any recs.

What do they do each time they come? floors, bathrooms, kitchen, change and wash sheets, dust, vacuum, etc.
My mother has a maid that does everything, including her ironing. I'm not sure how much she charges, but she's a fantastic person and has been working for my mom for years (at least 10 yrs I think). She lives in Garland, so not far from where you are. Let me know if you're interested in her name.
