Sports Bra ? And Confession

Hey ladies - long time no see!! I have been super busy with work - I am now doing my regular job as a pharmacist plus I got accepted into our corporate training program so I am traveling a lot for training and recruiting events.

I see there has been some big news on the board. Congrats to eveyone who has had a baby (I was looking at all the pictures and they are all perfect) and who is pregnant (happy and healthy 9 months to all you). And I see Mel and Duff have been doing well on their exams (and Duff I am so amazed that you are running in NYC that is awesome).

So my confession - other then the fact that I have been a neglectful May 2007 Nestie...I had breast augmentation 4 weeks ago. I went from a small A to an average/large C. I know eveyone has their own opinions on it but I am glad I did it and I am really happy with my results.

That leads to my sports bra question...I can start working out again next week and never really needed a good/supportive sports bra before and now I do so I was wondering what brands/styles you ladies recommend. Thanks in advance.

  • Sorry I don't have any advice but just wanted to say HI!!!  I was actually thinking of you the other day.  I was trying to remember some of the nesties that were around anymore and your name was one of them.  Glad all is going well and you like your new breasts!

This made me choke on my coffee from laughing.  There, that's my confession. LOL

I have natural Cs, and DEFINITELY need the support. LOL  I've seen a lot of recommendations on H&F for large-busted women for the Enell, but haven't had any experience with that brand.  I personally find this one:

Champion Powersleek (right now, on sale for $19.99 online)

  • Hey welcome back but I can't help on the bra recommendations because I am a  member of the itty bitty titty committee.

Hopefully you can post more often, it's nice hearing from old friends

  • Hi there! Glad to see you around again. Come back more often!

I like the Champion Powersleek like Paula posted and I have full C's normally but was up to a DD right after I had the baby and the bra gave great support.

  • I wear the Powersleek and one by Moving Comfort.  My suggestion is to go to a running shop (even if you don't run) and get fitted.  If you can't do that, those two have been great..I'm a D-DD post-reduction.
Damn you Nest for screwing up my siggy!
