How was everyone's weekend?
I am just realizing some people may still be on their weekend. I have the kids a half day today. We had a great weekend though. We went to the Bruins game Saturday night, took Luka for a hike, and got some work done around here! I am still waiting for my BFF to go into labor. Her due date was Saturday.

Good weekend- no one is at work today and I'm bored!
I had a birthday party on Friday. 2 of my friend's friends were SO trashy, I really was not enjoying myself but once a group of girls I have met before and liked arrived, I moved tables and started having a much nicer time.
We had friends over Saturday night, they brought one of their dogs and DoggyB was in heaven playing chase and running around. Yesterday was the Taste of Charleston with 2 neighbor friends. Very different than Boston. It was hot, but we had a really good time, though I had one too many glasses of wine in the sun and was not feeling too well by 9 last night!
My weekend was more eventful than I expected! We ended up pulling up the rug in the first floor of our house (entryway/laundry room) to tile. We bought the supplies & did the demo on Friday night. We pulled off the molding & found the drywall was moldy.
Saturday, hit up HomeDepot again for drywall supplies & then DH tackled the moldy spots (turns out the insulation was moldy too... and he found a nest in the wall which was empty). My mother called me around that time to tell me about the missing puppy (see post below). My pup & I walked the streets of Arlington for hours looking and spreading the word. Then we went to a s'more/bonfire party which was really nice.
Sunday, thankfully was relaxing. Cooked, cleaned & watched the games. Still no word on the pup, there may have been a sighting but I haven't heard any update yet.
Good morning! So bummed to be working today when it seems like the everyone I know is off. blah.
Weekend was okay- my kittens were spayed on Saturday so I spent most of the weekend just keeping them company at home. They were so pitiful when we brought them home- they were loopy from the drugs and very confused by the cone collars. Poor things have to wear the collars until the stitches come out next week
But they have some of their energy back now and are eating so they are on the mend, and I was so happy to get lots of snuggles yesterday so I think they forgive me 
I'm also learning that giving a cat medicine is not fun!
Mesa- I saw your dog post and am sorry to hear! I'm near the Arlington area so will keep my eyes open. I hope she comes home soon! There was a cat in my neighborhood who got out a couple of months ago and after almost a month missing he turned up on the opposite side of town. I will keep my fingers crossed for your fam's pup!
I'm still kind of on the weekend. It's a teacher workday so I have to go do work but no kids today.
IT's been a good weekend.
Sat - We just hung around the house. We cleaned inside and out. We also relaxed and watched a few movies.
Sun - We went out to brunch with friends. We actually arrived before the restaurant opened so we walked around town to work off breakfast before we ate it. Oh and how delicious it was. Yum. Yum. Yum. I will definitely be going back.
Mon - I went to the Topsfield fair with my husband. It was alot of fun. We wandered around, ran into a few friends, and ate our way through the day. After we got home I went out to run some errands and pick up some baby shower gifts .... (That took forever. I think baby fever is starting to kick in. I wsa shopping for my cousin but kept saying to myself "Oh that is so cute. I need one of those for me.")

My weekend was nice- it was great to have yesterday off. Saturday we had a wedding, Sunday spent the day at FIL's house, and yesterday just relaxed around the house.
I had a sort of long weekend.. We weren't officially working yesterday, but both my Dad and I wanted to get more painting done (we are finally starting to finish off the office/showroom area of our building) so I came in and painted for a few hours Sunday and Monday.
Saturday morning my mom and I went and visited my friend and her new baby! She is sooooo beautiful! And such a good baby, she hardly fussed at all while we were there, only at the end of the visit when she got hungry! Man oh man did that visit make my baby fever worse!!
we cleaned, cleaned, cleaned. The house looks amazing compared to before- I wish we'd taken before & after pics! We completely unpacked 3 rooms, and nearly unpacked 2, now we just have 2 rooms left to deal with, and one is all wedding and shower gifts still in their boxes. Hopefully next we'll start getting the furniture we need, this weekend we're picking up the sideboard Grandma wants us to have, and maybe also a dresser an aunt gave me when she moved to a nursing home. Then we need a bar cabinet, a china cabinet and a couple bookcases.
Does anyone know of any good auction places around Worcester or Boston? We want to get an old/antique china cabinet, rather than a new one.
