Coming to Dallas for conference
Hi ladies! I'm a Virginia Nestie and I'll be in Dallas this week for a conference at the Hyatt Regency. What must see sites or places to eat are nearby? We won't have a rental car but I think there's a lot within walking distance from the hotel (according to what the conference sent out). Any other tips or suggestions? Thanks and looking forward to visiting Dallas!

Since you'll be downtown I would try Twisted Root Burger, it is about a 30 minute walk, but it would be worth it!
For people watching check out the Ghost Bar. It's expensive but I think it is funny to watch. If you'd like something more low key check out The Double Wide (a bar in a trailer)
As far as to see, on the north side of downtown we have some great museums. My personal favorite is the Nasher sculpture museum, but the DMA is also cool. If you aren't into art, we have a good aquarium also on the northside of downtown.
