Menus
It's a simple and inexpensive week for sure! There is snow on the ground here and, despite the hopes of everyone, it looks like it's here to stay. Upside is that it's crock pot time! My fancy shmancy crock pot with a timer died last year, so I picked up a great Noma timer at Canadian Tire yesterday so I don't have to worry about over cooking anything.
Monday: Thanksgiving dinner at the inlaws...yum (MIL makes the best stuffing);
Tuesday: Bruschetta Chicken Bake with grilled zucchini and roasted potatos;
Wednesday: Leftovers;
Thursday: Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff w/ garlic toast - this is one of DH's favs and has become a standby cold weather meal for us;
Friday: Leftovers.

Monday: TG dinner at my mom's - Mel I will contest that my mom's stuffing will take down anyone else's stuffing, any day. My dad made marrow squash in a nutmeg cream sauce that was intensely awesome as well
