Anyone have anything to whine about?
My two things
1) spell check does not check e-mail subject lines. I proofed an important e-mailed 8 million times but didn't check the subject line closely enough and it had an error. Totally my fault - but I wish spell check had caught it!
2) Some kid threw a rolled up newspaper at my head as I was getting off the streetcar today. I hadn't even been sitting near the kid, he or she was just a meanie ![]()
On a happier note, I had an appointment today so I got to get home a earlier than usual, AND it's Wednesday, which means it's never a bad day, since GLEE IS ON TONIGHT!!!!
Re: Whining Wednesday
School. It has been so difficult for me to keep up properly. I'm always behind on my reading, and I usually only get assignments done minutes before they're due. The real problem I guess I'm whining about is that since I'm still not even close to being able to sleep through the night, I end up using three of my precious daycare hours each day napping. I would totally be caught up with school if I didn't lose hours to sleeping and driving back and forth to pick my son up from daycare.
One of my classes has a ridiculous amount of reading... it's insane. I've never seen anything like it. I have eleven readings to do for that course this week, each of which is approximately 40 pages in length. That's 440 pages they expect me to read this week! For ONE class! Out of five! And 9/11 of them are on the internet! So I either have to sit and stare at my computer screen for 30 hours, or spend a fortune in paper and ink printing these off every week. (but in actuality, I don't do either- I've long since given up trying to keep up-to-date in this course. I'm just BSing my way through it and so far it's working).
SIL and I went to see Fame today. It sucked, and that disappoints me.
I wheeze all the time. It's horrendous. I don't feel short of breath and don't need to take my puffers - my puffers don't even do anything for it. You can hear me right across the room. I squeek like a mouse- it's even driving the dog crazy.
I'm guessing this is just one of those fun side effects of pregnancy
