Keep this Nestie in your prayers

I don't know if any of you every frequented the D&R board, but I think that this family could use all the prayers you could send their way over the coming days and weeks.

Re: Keep this Nestie in your prayers

  • Oh no! I had been following her story.

Here is the link clicky  http://community.thenest.com/cs/ks/forums/1/24142501/ShowThread.aspx

    ..

  • I can't even begin to imagine what they are going through right now.  At 39 weeks pg you always expect to be celebrating one of the most special times of your life at any moment, not grieving over something like this. :-(  I'm so sad for them:-(
  • Omg how terrible. I went back and read her blog to get the full story as I saw the one post saying she had been through so much. I guess they've known that this could happen for a long time. I can't imagine carrying to full term knowing there was only a slim chance your baby would survive. She is an incredibly strong woman, more than I would be. I'm thinking of her and her family even though I don't know her, I think there will be an immense amount of positive thoughts beings sent her way.
  • Thank you for updating, I had actually been frequenting the D&R boards a lot, and following her story, but I didn't have much time to nest yesterday. I'm so sorry it was a sad conclusion to her story, I kept hoping for a miracle :(
  • Her story is so sad. I lurk over there alot and have been following her blog. Although, it sounds as though she and her husband have an extremely strong faith that is seeing them through this.
  • I, too, have been following her blog for a while now.  I'm so sad for them.   :(

  • This makes me so sad, I had been following her story and I was really hoping for a miracle.

  • What a tragic story.

We had a family friend who knew their baby had chromosonal defects and carried her full term only to have her die in the hospital a few hours after birth. Even though they were told all along to expect it it's not any less heartbreaking.

I will send prayers and strengh her way. What an awful awful thing to deal with...

  • This post could have used some sort of warning, I did not need to read/see that.
