Does anyone frequent the D&R board?

I am there from time to time and always saw the "praying for dairygirl" siggys.  I never really knew why people had them until today when dairygirl posted about her baby dying.  I was brought to tears at my desk.  I don't know her at all but they have set up a link for donations for a small gift and a monetary donation to help them out.  This is a link to her story

and here is a link to the post about donations.

I thought I'd post it if you haven't been there today.

Re: Does anyone frequent the D&R board?

  • Yeah, I'm on the D&R board and have been somewhat following dairygirl's story.  It's been quite a roller coaster ride for her as the doctors first told her the baby was going to have severe issues, then told them it might be OK, then said wait and see...that's the jist of it anyway.  So sad.
I'd rather be rock climbing or playing volleyball

  • What a strong woman. I had seen her story and was really hoping things would turn out okay. So sad to read this today Sad Thoughts and prayers for her and her family.

  • I was reading this yesterday. So terrible.
