I have 2 lbs. of delicious buttercream mints sitting in my office.
I am in charge of a fundraiser for my Junior League chapter and I just had to pick up samples of the locally made mints we sell. I had requested 2 small bags to use as samples and when I got there they had 2 LBS ready for me. They had to do a special early batch of their holiday shapes (snowflakes and christmas trees) for us so they just decided to package it all up for me.
I need some strong will power to keep the bags sealed until next week!
