In case anyone is interested. I used Alton Brown's recipe for "refrigerator pie" and it turned out pretty well. It went over well with MH at least. I'll definitely use AB's recipe again and experiment with different fillings (this one was smoked turkey sausage, green bell peppers and onions).

KB, that looks amazing. YUM. I am so in the mood for an egg-related dish now.
Mamie-I think it is kinda weird you haven't had quiche. It is simple to make and delicious and light, which is nice after you've been traveling or something. Do you have a Barnes & Noble near you? They have an amazing spinach and artichoke egg strata (similar to quiche) in their cafe that rocks. my. world. I get it for lunch probably once a week.
I was looking through the nest recipes for some new ideas to cook at home, I came across this quiche recipe... I thought it sounded pretty good, and had mostly normal things you have in your house, so it shouldnt be a hassle to make!
