Ah, homeownership
I told you guys DH had to fix the water heater our 1st day in the house. Well, last night the garage door came off track & we had to call someone to repair that!

We had our house for about a month. We noticed that there was water coming up from under the tile in the kitchen. We were highly upset, thought the old home owners new about it. Turns out our brand new refridgerator hadn't been installed properly. Home ownership is great, but I hate the repairs!!
