If you have kids and/or pets, are you dressing them up and what are their costumes? I may run out for lunch and see if I can find something for the doggies - they would be really cute with little angel wings on...or devil horns.
What are your plans for Halloween? My nieces are coming over to trick or treat in our neighborhood
Have you decorated your home? Not yet - I think I will put up the leaf garland around the door this weekend. But I don't really do Halloween decorations, it is more fall decorations.
Are you dressing up? yes
If so, what is your costume? a Gold Digger - gold flashy dress and heels, gold hard hat, small shovel with gold coins glued to it, lots of bling, black/gold feather boa, black elbow-length gloves, fish nets. I haven't dressed up in years, so I'm really excited
If you have kids and/or pets, are you dressing them up and what are their costumes? no kids; I've tried dressing the dogs up in the past and they don't like it, although Gracie has a Halloween t-shirt that she doesn't mind
What are your plans for Halloween? handing out candy for awhile and then going to DH's co-worker's party
Have you decorated your home? Not yet, but I've been meaning to. Just haven't had time to pull out the decorations. I probably won't get to it until next weekend. I need to buy some pumpkins too.

If so, what is your costume? A "guitar" see pic, and Taylor is going as John Lennon and recreating his outfit from the DickCavett show (lol I had to combine that b/c the Nest bleeped his first name out!)

What are your plans for Halloween? We are going on a marriage retreat that weekend, which I think might be the worst weekend to hold a marriage retreat ever. I'm a little sad we won't be in our house giving out candy b/c I know we'll have some neighborhood kids and it would be a good time to meet the neighbors.
Have you decorated your home? Not yet, and I probably won't bust out the stuff so I don't have to repack it. b/c we're moving. did I mention we're moving? movingmovingmovingmovingmoving
We didn't decorate for Christmas last year for that same reason. It was kind of sad. It never really felt like Christmas without the tree up.

If so, what is your costume? I'm a pumpkin (got a tie on costume from Thrift Town for $1.99 - I LOVE that place) and DH is a nerd with the mathmatical pi symbol on his chest...together we're pumpkin pie.

What are your plans for Halloween? Party the night before and maybe handing candy out at friends' the night of (nobody trick or treats at our apartment complex).

Are you dressing up? not sure yet. we will be in Florida (yay- the USA) for Halloween. DH has to go for a class so the baby and I are tagging along. He has some friends stationed there, so I'm sure we will hang out with them and do whatever they do for Halloween. Nothing to exciting as we have a 2mo old, and they have a 1 yr old and a 4 year old.

kids/dog costumes? Maverick the weenie dog does have a hot dog costume, but he hates it. We wanted to dress Mallory as Godzilla (b/c we live in Japan- get it?) but can't find that in an infant size. So I might dress her as sushi- white onesie and pants and hat (rice), orange pillow w/ white diagonal lines on it strapped to her back(fish) w/ a black fabric strip to keep it on (the seaweed wrap part). Heehee!!

decor- none. I have 1 lone pumpkin on my porch and that's it. All our decor stuff got put in storage. I'm sad about it, but what can you do?

If you have kids and/or pets, are you dressing them up and what are their costumes? Molly has a t-shirt that say little terror. She is going in to get fixed a few days before Halloween so I was afraid a costume would be too tight and rub on her incision.
What are your plans for Halloween? Just handing out candy at home. DH works until about 11:30.
