last weekend he asked me to clean up my garden (cut down the plants and put them in the compost) so he could till it over to get it ready for winter. I told him I couldn't do it b/c I was pregnant. 
so he went out and cut things down, weeded and started tilling. I totally could have did what he asked but I was just being lazy and wanted to read a book inside.
he calls this afternoon to say he has to work both sat. and sun. in case I want to make plans with family/friends. so I tell him I will go to the ocean to dig clams with my grandparents (involves shimming a tube into the wet sand, creating a suction, pulling the tube out and figuring out if the clam came up in the sand you pulled out) also something I think I can do, but I really just want to hang out with my grandparents and go on a fun outing. He tells me that activity is not fit for someone "in my condition" since I couldn't lift leaves last week.

Robbi, I've been meaning to tell you and your husband. MH and I finally tried that mex place out in Tumwater. Oh my, that was soooo good! We LOVED this chicken soup they had there, of all things. I had a chicken taco, that was really good. I tried their carne asada burrito but I wasn't a fan of that. Other than that, YUMMY tamale too!! Thanks so much for the recommendation. We will definitely be back. Especially on these cold days, to get some soup!!
glad you liked it! I have totally had the soup - random, but Yum! I think that might be one of the first things I had there because I didn't know what to order and wasn't sure I was in the mood for Mexican food/didn't want a burrito.
