So I went out shopping today to get a dress for the wedding I am in next weekend. The only requirements from the bride is that it is floor length and black. I did not find anything. I went to Rockingham first, and then to Pheasant Lane. There were so few dresses...it wasn't even like I was trying them on and not liking them....there was just nothing to try on. Tomorrow I am going to head to Burlington to see if I have better luck there.
Re: Two Malls no Dress
I did check it out...I remembered you mentioning before you got a couple things in there. They had nothing for dresses. I went to ALL the department stores...there was a dress at Nordstrom that was okay...and in my size but it was $498! I just did not want to spend that kind of money on a dress that was just okay. There are so many pantsuits now in the stores. Everywhere I went there were those one piece jumper kind of things. So frustrating. H just said we should go to the Natick mall, but we are dog sitting in a couple of hours for my BFF and then she is having the baby tomorrow...so I don't know when I am going to get the chance to go.
Aww, I'm sorry you still couldn't find anything. Have you checked Macy's online? I seem to keep seeing free shipping things and whatnot from them. You can return anything you don't like in the store.
It's so frustrating when you can't find something so simple!
