New Hobby!
Hi ladies,
In an effort to combat the "post-wedding depression," I have been trying to find a hobby. My career keeps me very busy but well, work is work. I had no idea how much time I spent on all of the wedding plans!
My DH suggested I keep busy by using the scrapbooking stuff I bought a couple of years ago....but I had no idea how to use it!
Since there aren't any Michaels or other big craft stores in the city, I googled around and found a scrapbooking store on the UWS. I checked it out today and it's fantastic! It's called Portrait Bug. They have a gazillion kinds of albums and everything you could want to make an album. Best part: they have classes! I am taking a private class this week just to get the ball rolling. If I love it, I plan to sign up for the series.
This is in no way an endorsement. I just thought I would pass along a great find to those who might be looking for something to do. It put a smile on my face!

You can also get some really great materials from Paper Access (Paper Presentation) on 18th street.
I'm not a big scrapbooker, but I used some other there stuff for various projects - I love that store!!
