Approximately one million years ago (I am awfully slow on the draw), you mentioned all of the delicious pumpkin things you would be baking, and I remember pumpkin bread was mentioned. I believe at the time you gave the recipe (or perhaps you did not and I am imagining this wistfully) but I cannot for the life of my find it now. Would you mind sharing it with me? Thank you!!

Sure thing! Here it is. I follow the recipe exactly.
If it's easier to access, I also cut and pasted the recipe onto my blog. Just click the word 'pumpkin' in my label cloud on the right side. It is a really fantastic recipe.?
