Bouquet Question & Hello

Hey ladies!  I just got married this past Saturday, so I'm new to the boards and wanted to say hello.

I also need to find a good company to get my bouquet preserved and a.s.a.p.  Right now its in my fridge, but I don't want it to go bad before I have something done to it.  Can you give me some recs on where you ladies took yours and what you had done w/ it?  How soon did you have to do it after your wedding?

Thank you for the help!

Re: Bouquet Question & Hello

  • Congrats on your wedding!

I preserved my bouquet through Freeze Frame, www.freezeframeit.com. My parents dropped it off on the Monday after my wedding. I kept it in the cooler that gave me and put this mist spray over it to keep the petals moist. If you want to do something with them then I'd say you need to get it to them asap. You can always have them start on the drying process and pick your frame, mat and style after they've started preserving it. I do know that you have to put a deposit down before they will start and it is very pricy. I love my piece and am sooo glad that I can just walk into the living room and see my bouquet how it looked on my wedding day.

I just hung my bouquet upside down in my hallway closet for a month and it dried out, and now I have it sitting in our living room in a vase!  So I'm not super helpful!
