Good Morning
Thank god it's not as cold this morning as it was yesterday. Looks like today might turn out to be a nice day after all.
I'm leaving work early today because H and I got tix to see Bruce! So excited!!! I've heard that this set of concerts isn't as good as his ones at the Spectrum earlier this year. Our seats aren't as good, but I'm hoping they turn it up a notch since it may be the last time they get to play at the Spectrum. I'm pretty sad they're tearing it down to put up stupid hotels,etc.

I stayed up for the whole game and I'm so glad I did b/c it was amazing to see...the funny thing was that during the 8th inning the announcer was talking about Wed game and said "Philies are up in the series 3-1, and Dodgers will try to catch up" He didn't even realize he said it and at this point they were down by 2....I took it as a sign
I'm struggling through this week...I haven't felt good since Sunday and I'm fighting off a bad head cold....this is why I hate this time of year.
Any one else sick of hearing about the balloon boy thing!!
I didn't make it for the Phils, either. I fell asleep around 11, I think. I am so excited that they one. H told me at 3am this morning while we were up with Jack.
I'm glad it's going to be a little warmer the next few days, but why does it have to rain Sat? I hope the forecast I saw is wrong.
I took Alka Seltzer cold medicine at 10 last night so needless to say, I didn't make it til the end of the game. I barely even remember my H coming home at 11. Love that medicine!
I'm feeling crappy, too, but I think the Alka Seltzer helped last night.
I'm meeting one of my girlfriends for dinner tonight at Filomena's in Deptford. Excited for SJ restaurant week!!!
I am exhausted, but could not have witnessed a better playoff game. H and I had amazing seats and while it was chilly, we had a blast. Opening on four hours of sleep is rough, but so worth it. I'm working on our Wednesday night tickets right now!
Izzy - I went to the concert last Tuesday and we had a ton of fun. He did the Born to Run album and everything in between. He is just a great musician and loves to perform and that makes the entire show. Have fun!
