As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Our office used to be like that. Everyone was always in the dark about stuff. So I told my boss that I was tired of getting blindsided and he needed to make a better effort of keeping his employees informed. With better communication, he would also be more informed of what goes on in our office. Now we have meetings twice a week, 1,001 different SOP's being established and phone recorders for some of our guys in sales.
Moral of the story: Be careful what you wish for.
