I know time is of the essence on DS so I thought I could answer in case Jaime doesn't see this until later. I did buy 3 diapers on Diaperswapper because there was an old goodmama print I really wanted.
You convo the person, agree on the price/terms (PPD = shipping paid) and then that person will send you her paypal address and you send her the money via paypal as agreed upon.
Something that confused me was funded paypal. I still am not sure what that means (it has something to do with the money already being in your account) but as long as you have a credit card back up your account is considered funded.

yep, you send them a private message and they'll give you their paypal....PLEASE read the sticky at the top of the forum so you don't end up getting screwed over... most mamas are good but some will not disclose info unless you ask... so I always ask about stink issues, condition of elastic/snaps etc and defects on the outside of the diaper...don't assume that just b/c it isn't disclosed that it isn't an issue... some mamas assume you don't care b/c you know you are buying used... check their feedback and make sure they don't have negative feedback either
like pp said, sometimes deals are good and sometimes they are not so make sure you do your research...with coupons and sales sometimes you are better off buying new...but if you are looking for the GMD PFs then as long as they are about $22-27 ppd they are a good deal, depending on the size you want, just b/c shipping is about $8-10
oh and if you have a CC backup that is NOT considered funded paypal. if you pay with your CC some paypal users get charged an extra fee (some have accounts where it charges a fee regardless). so you have to have the money in your account already or have it pulled from your bank account.

you always have the best advice. I was trying to think of a good way to say this. I didn't want to come off like I was trying to scare or whatever. But I have read a few horror stories that totally made me wary.
Also strip and disinfect any used diapers you do buy. That seems to go without saying, but sometimes the stripping routine (drop of dawn with multiple rinses, or use a product called RLR) doesn't help for things like yeast infection so read up on ways to disinfect too.
