Sears Catologue Vent
First off, Sears now uses a call centre in the Phillipines. The lady I spoke to spoke English fairly well but I don't think she could comprehend much of what I was saying or she was looking up.
I wanted to order an ironing board that I had on my wishlist using gift cards we received for the shower and wedding.
It takes 2 weeks for the ironing board to come in, I picked it up, took it home and didn't have time to unpack it until today. It is NOT what I ordered (and paid for) at all. It is some crappy $19.99 ironing board I could have gotten at WalMart. Now I have to take it back in and have them order the correct one. I am frustrated today.
