recipe for meatballs or Skyline?
I'm looking for something you've actually made or eaten. A powdered chili mix is OK too (and easier). I like LaRosa's meatballs but they're so expensive that I'd rather make my own.

Takes a while to make, but I do a double batch on a weekend and then freeze it.
I make homemade meatballs all the time! I don't have exact recipe measurements, just mix together ground beef, italian style bread crumbs, one egg, garlic, parmesean cheese. I brown them in a skillet with onions, then the thing that makes them amazing, is I put them in the crockpot in the sauce and cook them ALL DAY LONG! Usually cook from 6:30am until dinner time. The all day crock pot simmer makes them so tender, plus very easy!
