Wedding Cake
So here's the story:
It wasn't what I wanted. At all. When searching the Knot for ideas, I found a precious cake that looked like a tree stump with the couples initials "engraved" in it. It was too cute, and totally fit into our outdoor/fall theme. I sent the baker a pic of the cake on three separate occasions. Three. We ended up with a round chocolate cake with early 90's basket weaving on the side. It certainly didn't look like a tree stump, and I'm pretty gosh darn sure I could've made a better looking cake myself. As soon as the photographer sends me the pics I'll compare the two.
PS - It was delicious
