The Riverside public library's website search function sucks!
I am trying to find audio books and every book that sounds interesting they don't have on audio. And their search function requires you to know a title or author so I can't search by type of book, ie, fiction, mystery, young adult.
UGH!
Last month Best Buy never sent me an e-mail telling me it was time for my payment (like they do every month...). But they did e-mail me to tell me my payment was late! So I called and asked if they could waive the late fee since I pay on time every single month, they said no problem! Great, until yesterday...
Then i get a new statement saying I have a balence (i paid off my card when i made my payment), WTF?!??! So I look and i have a balence of a late fee. So i call and explain that they said it would waive it since I always make my payments on time. And they said the best they could do is credit my account $12 of the $39 late fee. I talked to a supervisor and still nothing. So I got stuck paying $27 in a late fee that they orginally told me would be waived and now I am super pissed. So much for customer service!
I have another.
The stupid copier jammed and I had to fix it and while doing so I could feel the static electricity coming off it. Now my shirt and my hair are going crazy!

This might be kinda long, but it needs a little background.
I used to be the timekeeper for my small office (Collect and input the timecards, etc.) A few months ago they decided that the secretary for the head of our squadron can do everyone's timecards. No problem, one less thing for me to do. But the secretary is out on leave this month and I'm her backup, so I'm taking care of everyones timecards. Again, no big deal, except when I was timekeeper I had my people well trained on what they're supposed to do as far as getting their timecards done, signed and any supporting documents. Apparently the secretary lets the other people in the squadron get away with everything because this has been like pulling teeth to get these timecards right. People are looking at me like I'm crazy when I'm not asking for anything more than what is required. Seriously. I can't believe she lets these people get away with this crap and cleans up the mess. I don't have time to follow these people around celaning up their messes. I sure as heck am not doing that.
blah.
I'm tired of running around, last minute running errands, getting ready. I know being more orgainized would benefit me more than 10 more mins in bed (and it might rid me of this eye twitch!) but I don't do anything about it. Instead I sit here make up half on (because I left some it at home) full of blahness & hungry because I didn't take the time to make my lunch or pack snacks.
Blah.
I am a whiney baby lately.
I have a headache, I hate my job. (And the word hate is putting it mildly). I am tired of my dog waking up in the middle of the night to go outside. As if Mary waking up wasn't enough.
