Recipe Rave: Publix Apron's Pork Tenderloin
Hey Ladies,
DH and I were in Publix last weekend after a few hours of running errands. I was starved and was pleasantly surprised to see the Apron's cooking station open serving samples. They had a sweetly sauced pork tenderloin with mushrooms and some delicious buttery lemon potatoes as a side. It was phenomenal.
So I decided to print out the recipe and make it for dinner last night. It did take me a little longer to get it ready (55 mins vs 40 mins on the recipe card). I'm sure that I'll be faster next time. But it turned out excellent and very flavorful. DH loved it, too.
