WTF Wednesday?
Anyone else having a brutal hump day?
1) My alarm didn't go off this morning (I have a feeling I turned it off in my sleep) so I woke up an hour late and I was supposed to be in school giving a make-up test early today. I killed myself running to connections and got here 1 minute late. Okay, I'm actually pretty happy about that - but the trip in was brutal.
2) I have just found a very long chin hair attached to my body and have no tweezers. EW.
3) Coffee? What do you mean there's no coffee?
4) I have a round table all teachers + bad student + his parents conference after school today. I had three yesterday and they were terrifyingly brutal. And long.
5) Need I go back to the chin hair? I can't stop trying to tug it out but nothing is working!

As someone who sleeps as late as possible and then rushes madly to work every day, I can totally relate. And no coffee?! What are we, barbarians?

I only have one WTF Wednesday:
I left the house on time (for once!) and I was still 45 minutes late to work. My commute alone is 45 minutes, so yes, it took me 1 1/2 hours just to get to work. I was *this* close to turning around and going back home. Traffic blows!

Oh, how I am looking forward to the Glee tonight! And then straight to bed after!
I went out last night (I raraly ever go out at all these days, let alone on a weekday, but this was special) to see Mika in concert. Awesome, and totally worth it! But I am dragging today. I also have Chorus before school on Wednesdays, so it was an early morning, too....ugh!
Tomorrow is the fifth grade annual outdoor education field trip that I always attend. So today I have to use every free minute doing sub plans for tomorrow. (Oh, wait, free time means now. Maybe I should be doing that instead of Nesting!
) Anyway, tomorrow will also be a very long day, with the bus leaving at 9:00am, and getting back at 7:30pm. AND it's supposed to rain all day tomorrow......great.
So, Kaesha, I hear your hump day woes....boo!
ugh - I was just thinking the same thing. Yesterday I had convinced myself it was already Weds. so this week is guaranteed to be slow.
My alarm went off, I just didn't feel like getting up. I don't feel that bad for being 25 mins. late though because I got in an hour early yesterday (UGH). However my hair is still completely wet and I am wearing a headband. I'm sure that makes me look super mature and professional. *crossing my fingers for no surprise meetings**

Here is my WTF Wedensday!
?My VP ask me to drive out to Sacramento (1.30 min drive) for a 4 hour meeting going over financial statements. (shoot me in the head)
?Finance director tells me we are all reduced to part time employees to prevent layoffs.
"OH AND YOU ARE TAKING OVER THE LOS ANGELES BRANCH AS WELL."
So I inherited another body's 40hr work week ?+ the two other locations I am barely managing alone. This prick had the nerve to say bring your A game.

SIGH! At least I will get 3 day weekends. Just when I was going to move and buy a new car. At least I didn't loose all my income.?
