wedding albums or scrapbooks
We received the rights to our pictures and want to get our photos developed ourselves...can anyone recommend the best place on line or local store to purchase I proffesional looking album? thanks!
Re: wedding albums or scrapbooks
Someone made mine for me at My Publisher. It turned out really well.
I had negatives (not a CD) so I took mine to a professional lab, Robin Imaging. They did a great job.
I'm not sure if you want to design it yourself or have someone else design it for you. If you want someone to design it for you I suggest:

AMAZING stuff and I know the designer.
I can't speak for the quality yet as I haven't ordered a book yet, but I'm designing my own book on Picaboo's software. I downloaded the software for My Publisher and a couple others but liked the ease of use with the Picaboo software. Click here for book pricing, styles etc
I've recently priced out a book I made with our Honeymoon pictures and it was around $60 for 30 pages, Linen Cover, (some of which were 100% picture and no background etc).
They are often running deals on % off entire books, or reduced rates on extra pages. (Right now they have 25% off any order until 10/30). I'm holding out for Christmas as they have a 50% off promotion about that time of year.
Mpix is a really great place to have your photos printed and it's open to the public, even though a lot of photographer's utilize it themselves.
As for albums, Mpix offers them as well but I don't have personal experience with them. If you don't mind spending a little more, Forbeyon is open to the general public (I believe) and they're quality is amazing. They have 3 different book options to choose from.
