Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

How do I do this again. I'm really really horrible. I keep forgetting on how to do this. Sorry I know this question is always asked. I will write it down this time LOL.

You need to upload your picture somewhere. I use Tinypic. This is the code you put in your siggy:
<img src="http://i33.tinypic.com/35himwo.jpg" width="200">
Except use the URL it gives you instead of mine (obviously, lol) and play around with the width number until you get the size you want.
