Office Building Vendors

Does your office building allow vendors to come set up and sell their stuff? If so, what's the name of the building?

Re: Office Building Vendors

  • My sister used to work for Beryl in Euless (121 and Harwood) and they had different vendors in every month for employee appreciation events.

  • Yes, we always have vendors in the tunnel.  There's a couple jewelry people that have really nice work that I look forward to seeing.  I work in the Comerica Building (1717 Main) which is connected to 1700 Pacific and vendors are in the concourse where all the restaurants are and also in the building lobbies.  I get a newsletter from the building concierge every month listing which vendors are going to be here that month, so I assume that the vendors go through the building managament offices for permits.
  • Yes they do!  Williams Square in Las Colinas

  • SamK, I used to do shows at 1700 Pacific and would love to continue to do them there. They have high insurance requirements. I'm trying to figure out if it would be financially worth it once I got all the required insurance.
