Quick! Anybody here? I need advice.
I bought a maternity shirt on ebay that was listed as New: Without Tags. It came in the mail today and has 2 very noticeable holes in the chest. I am emailing the seller right now but am trying not to come off as the hormonal b!tch that I really am. I'd like to give her the benefit of the doubt before being too bitchy. 
How should I word it?

You can C&P the original add, and then take pics of the holes. If you want your money back, tell her you will send the shirt back, and you'd like a refund.
If you want to keep the shirt, maybe ask for a discount.
If she does nothing, leave negative feedback. If she fixes the situation, I would leave neutral feedback.
Yes, I still have it. I reread it twice to make sure there was no mention of the holes and there isn't. I took pics earlier and attached them to the email.
I was going to ask how she wanted to proceed from here but is it ok to just straight out ask for my money back? She has an ebay store so I'm hoping she would offer me a refund regardless.
I did. I even got ballsy and asked for all shipping costs to be refunded as well. Now I'm all nervous! LOL! I'm such a freaking pansy sometimes.
That just annoys the F out of me. Like, do you really think I would have bought a shirt with 2 large moth holes on the left boob? Um, no thank you.
I didn't even mention that her listing showed the shirt as this really pretty dark purple and the actual shirt is lilac.
That's not cool. I think she is either a liar/scammer, or maybe she sent the wrong item.
I want to know why she would even sell something with holes in the boob, why would anyone want to buy that?
I would have asked for shipping costs too.
