Baby Joshua Update
Things are really looking up for him!
He had his first surgery yesterday and they actually replaced most of the omphalocele into his abdomen (which almost never happens during the first surgery), they took him off the ventilator last night (which is very rare, the normal cases are usually on it for several weeks), and they are expecting to do the final closure friday or monday which is way ahead of schedule.
this really is better than the best case scenarios that the doctors told them to expect.
