As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Has anyone tried Salsa Babies? I need motivation to exercise and get out among other adults during the day. This looks like it might be fun...

    I did this and had so much fun.  You meet so many different people and the class goes by so fast.  You burn a lot of calories.  I recommend you get if you do not already have one a moby type wrap, I tried our bjorn and it was very hard on my shoulders when I got the wrap totally different.  RJ loved it as well, he loved the other babies and all the music.  You will have so much fun.

    I'm totally going to find one of these classes next year when I'm off. I'm hoping it will help me make some mom friends in my area. I don't really know many people right now.  Plus it sounds fun Smile

    I just finished my last class today! It was our second session doing Salsa Babies. I love it, and DD love love loves it. She just squeals and kicks her legs the whole time.
