As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Another Special Assessment!!!
WTF!!! I got home to an $800 bill we have to pay nov & dec for another special assessment. We haven't even finished the last one!!!! I left a voicemail and sent an email to our management company. Who does this at holiday time. I think the parking lot can wait to be paved until the spring. No? Ugh, I am so stressed.
