As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

cost of childcare?
If you wouldn't mind, could you please share your approximate cost for childcare if you have a LO going?
My mom is caring for my babies and we're looking to reimburse for her time a little (she agreed to stop working for the time being to do this for us, so she's missing out on some income) but I have no clue where to even begin!

My company has an onsite Child Development Center. We pay just around $480/mo via payroll deduction.
