Hello ladies!!!
Hi everyone!! I'm at home today doing nothing so I thought I would come on here and catch up.... So much stuff has gone on... I went back to work where I was working stupid ridiculous hours. Some nights I would be off by 10pm, some nights midnight. And that was with almost 5 years seniority. Getting someone to watch Austin for me was so hard. I was beyond stressed out, so I quit. I've been off work now for 3 weeks... it's been fantastic! I do have another job lined up but it will be a few weeks before it starts, much better hours, no sundays and the latest I will have to work would be 7:30pm.
I've been having a rough week dealing with DH being in Alberta but it's much better today. Austin is doing awesome. He's saying mama, he's been walking for about a month now, and got his first tooth oct 1st, his second one just came in last week. He's also getting into EVERYTHING! Only 3 more weeks till his 1st birthday, I'm doing an elmo themed birthday and I think I'm going a little overboard but I just can't stop myself!!! lol.
For those of you on my facebook you've probably noticed that I'm an aunt! The twins were born last week, a boy (6lbs) and a girl (6lbs 6oz) and they were a month early... Our family carries big babies!!!
I think that's all for now, I'm going to try and get on here more often, I've been reading posts quickly for a while but haven't had time to reply.

I think you made the best choice for you & your family leaving that job...stress doesn't help ANY situations.

Welcome back Kristin! It's so hard to beleieve that Austin will be 1yr old soon. Did you end up finding an Elmo cricut set for Austin's party?
Some jobs just don't work out once you have a family so it was probably for the best that you left. What will you be doing at your new job?
Welcome back Kristin. Congrats on the new job, hopefully it works out a lot better for you. Also I think I've noticed on your fb that you've gone back to school - what are you taking?
When is Dave back? If I remember correctly he was going to be back by Christmas - hopefully that's still the case and the next few weeks fly for you.
Congrats on the twins too - so exciting to have new babies in the family! I hope mommy and babies are all doing well.
I did end up getting one! I went to michaels and got it. I can't wait to get it out and use it! I go to get my red elmo paper on sunday so I'm thinking sunday night will be full of cricuting!
My new Job will also be a call centre, for the bell canada business office for internet.

I'm taking accounting, working towards a bookkeeping course. Dave is coming home to visit at christmas. His 6 months is up in January, I may go out there with him though to visit for a long period if he stays longer.
