What kitchen tool do you use to slice, dice, and chop your fruits and veggies?
Re: **Michi**
A knife
I either use my cuisinart or my henkels santoko knife.
If I am making some type of sauce or something in the food processor, I'll let the food processor do the work. I use a garlic press sometimes too for garlic.
Looking for a new kitchen utensil/appliance? I have to say the cutting skills take practice, but I can chop like a pro now!
If you practice you will definitely get better. You will just have to be patient and slow at first. If you go too fast when you don't know what you are doing, you will definitely hurt yourself!
That being said, I have heard good things about the Kitchenaid Chopper. However, to me, cleaning that thing every step along the way of cooking would drive me nuts (think if you have to chop carrots, onions, garlic, etc. for the same meal).
I say practice! You can do it!
