Good Morning
Ugh. I feel so crappy today. All weekend my one eye was bloodshot red and now it feels like I have glass in there. On top of that, I think I have a sinus infection. Horrible, horrible weekend. I should have just stayed home, but H made me feel guilty. Maybe I'll leave early so I can study for my midterm.
How was everyone else's weekend? That rain Saturday was ridiculous!!!!

Izzy: I hope you feel better, I"ve been fighting this head cold for a week now and not getting any better.
My weekend was BUSY, we had my sisters baby shower and it turned out great other then my *** soon to be brother in law. I'm happy for my sister in all but none of my family were ever sure about her fiancee, he's not mean he's just a bullshitter and says some rude things. Well he came in after to pack up her gifts and my mom asks him if he got everything they needed and real rudly he says to us "NO, there is still $1,800 worth of stuff still on our registry (he added it up). Well I've been good with keeping my mouth shut b/c my sister gets upset if we argue with him but I couldn't. I first told him that the baby shower isn't so he can't get EVERYTHING for his baby and it's not something we HAVE to do for her. He said they didn't get diapers and what not and I yelled at him saying that it's HIS baby what does he want us to raise her. My sister got her couch, bassinet, swing, bouncy seat, highchair,bottles and tons of of other stuff. So I told him that they don't NEED anything else, the baby only NEEDS a place to sleep, clothes, food and diapers and he responded saying "Maybe your kid won't but my baby needs everything". He was actually pissed that and then I did the clothes line decoration and she got a lot of really cute clothes and he tells me that he's returning all of them b/c it's not what HE wants. Well that ruined it for me and I was so pissed, never once did he say thanks or anything, I think he thought we should of been honoured to throw a shower for his baby....and through the whole thing he was actually telling his friends what to buy his baby. Then he was pissed b/c my aunt and her 4 daughters all chipped in and got her a $280 couch and he thought that was cheap of them!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UGHHHHH!!!! Sorry for the vent
Other then that my sister loved it the weekend was good and it FLEW by!!!!!!!
NYGirl - that is awful! I cant believe he is so ungrateful. I feel bad for your sister.
We had a pretty good weekend. The rain held out Saturday down the shore, which was nice. Yesterday was beautiful - I went to brunch with my friends and Jack, and we sat outside. Every Monday is like coming back to work all over again - it sucks. I get to work from home tomorrow, so I'm excited about that.

I was sick this weekend, but I think I kicked it.
This week is a busy week. I think I have something on my schedule every single day after work. Today H is getting some painful dental work done, so my plans revolve around helping him out.

NYgirl--I am really sorry to hear about all the drama with the shower. That is pretty crappy of him to have that attitude. People amaze me.
My weekend was good but wayyy to short! I actually had no school work and wasnt working my side job, so I was able to have an entire weekend to myself! It was great!
NY Girl--I can't believe someone acted that way. No one is "entitled" to a shower, so he should be grateful he got what he did!!
I had a wedding this weekend. It was nice, but it's a shame that it rained all day.
