Saturday I had a workshop from 9:30-4:30 so I was gone until about 5:15. MIL's birthday was yesterday, so once I got home and changed, we picked MIL up at home and took her out to eat.
Sunday we slept in, then went grocery shopping.
Saturday we received our wedding CDs in the mail, yay!! So now comes the task of deciding which of the 1,200 pictures I want to print first
Ours was pretty good. Friday night we went to the Pig Iron BBQ and had some yummy BBQ and ribs! We met up with a few of our friends and it was a nice evening all together.
Saturday my Aunt and a couple of her friends came for a visit as they were driving back from my parent's place at the beach. It was really nice to catch up with her, plus I was able to tell her our big news in person! She teared up which I thought was really sweet. Saturday evening was spent flipping back and forth between the Auburn game and the Texas game at a friend's house. Auburn game was awful, so we finally just quit watching, we couldn't stomach it anymore!
Yesterday morning we went to church and were able to share our news with our church family which was really fun! Everyone was really excited. Then we went with a couple of friends to see Where the Wild Things Are on the imax. I was not impressed. The combination of the huge screen and the shaky camera made me sick through most of the movie. Plus the movie just wasn't as good as I'd hoped.
Pretty good. On Friday we went grocery shopping, got dinner and came home to watch Carrie. I wasn't impressed and Brett said the book was better.
Saturday we went to Boise with my Mom and siblings to pick my Dad up at the airport, he'd just gotten back from Newfoundland. Then we all went to Cabellas, lunch and headed back. We later had dinner at my parents' house.
Yesterday was lazy, I went to church, the store and watched a marathon of "Worlds Strictest Parents" on MTV. And luckily, managed to cook dinner, do laundry and clean the house on commercial breaks

Too fast...
We went out Friday night, just the two of us, for a bit, but I had to go to bed early.
I worked Saturday from 7:30-3:30, which sucked... then, we went out with a few friends to watch some of the football games. We ended up going to four different bars through the whole day/night, lol.
Yesterday, we slept in and watched some football. We went up to Buffalo Wild Wings around 4:00 to watch the Dolphins game (ugh) and stayed there until about 8:00 and just came home and relaxed for the rest of the night.
Great!! Friday I flew back from San Diego (work trip boo!). Saturday I went to the Marathon expo (huge), rested, and then went to an inspirational/pasta dinner. Sunday was the big day! It was beautiful weather and a hard run (but what marathon isn't)! I finished pretty strong and passed all sorts of people that were walking/limping the last 6 miles. I got my medal from two gorgeous marines (yum) and found out that my time beat my last marathon time by 2 minutes! Wohoo!
And today I'm feeling it....didn't even get out of bed without taking advil first! But it was worth it!!
Friday night and most of Saturday was spent out of town. It was great. We went out to eat at a fancy restaurant, went for a carriage ride, had dessert, walked around the city for a bit, then went back to the hotel to watch a movie and sleep. On Saturday we went out for breakfast, walked around the city some more, went to the park, went to the zoo, and did some shopping (got 4 Christmas presents bought!).
On Sunday, we went costume shopping and then to a couple's shower for a friend's wedding.
Congrats on finishing and beating your time!
