I'm looking for something new to cook in my crock-pot this weekend. Do you have a favorite recipe? I don't do red meat but I'm good a adjusting those that call for it.
Re: Favorite crock-pot meals
Oh I just shared some of my faves with a friend the other day. Here you go! I
my crockpot!
Turkey - rediculously easy! makes thanksgiving an every day possibility. Juice makes a perfect gravy. http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Slow-Cooker-Turkey-Breast/Detail.aspx
Pot Roast - one of my go-to's. It's amazing because it makes its own juice while it cooks. Can use the juice straight up or turn into gravy afterward. I like to add veggies (carrots, celery, onions, potatoes) for a one-pot meal. http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Awesome-Slow-Cooker-Pot-Roast/Detail.aspx
Pulled Pork - also works well with chicken; freezes well. http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Slow-Cooker-Pulled-Pork/Detail.aspx
Cranberry Pork - ingredients seem strange but is surpisingly good and easy. http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Slow-Cooker-Cranberry-Pork/Detail.aspx
Chicken Strogonoff - i add veggies to mine (frozen or fresh). http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Slow-Cooker-Chicken-Stroganoff/Detail.aspx

I made this a few weeks ago and it was pretty good.
Salsa chicken is a really popular one. I just made this one last night. It's so ridiculously simple, but DH absolutely loved it. You could also add corn, black beans, or onions to bulk it up a bit.

I know I'm kind of late in the bandwagon, but I have a cooking blog (link in siggy) and I have a "crockpot" tag. I've made a pot roast, salsa chicken, and some homemade healthy applesauces.
I just made a Swiss Chicken Casserole last night and it was delicious! I'm planning on making pear sauce (like applesauce but with pears instead) tonight.
