I haven't stopped thinking about Thanksgiving food for weeks! I had stuffing for lunch the other day. Just stuffing, and it was awesome!
Is that the salsa, black bean, corn, and chicken crock-pot dish?
I had some carrot/apple slaw (a WW recipe) and spinach & chickpea soup from the university's cafeteria. Sounds strange but it was really good.
