Okay so I've set it up for my parents and little brother (12) to come over tomorrow for dinner. I'm not used to cooking for 5 so I need help deciding what to have. They will eat anything. I can either make something in the crockpot that can cook all day or if I make something when I get home I will have about 2 hours to cook. Any suggestions? I don't think I've ever had my parents over for dinner so I want it to be something good.

Re: Dinner help
This sounds REALLY good. If you plate it up, you could make some mashed potatoes, and then stack the chicken on top of that with a side of like green beans or asparagus (either could be roasted with some garlic, black pepper.)
And rolls. People always seem to be amazed at fresh bread/rolls... so even if they're "store bought" (like from a can), but baked at home, people are amazed.
